These resources will include: · Registration & Bibs (numbers): We will create your registration database and create bibs with participant information printed pre-event · Race Timing: You must provide two volunteers to assist at finish line · Scoring & Results: Provided to you, the Mag 7, and the Herald Times Newspaper · Mailing List: An Excel document - you are responsible for all mailings/postage · Race Shirts: We can provide discounts on race shirts - you are responsible for printing & logo designs |

All the resources of the Basic Plan, plus: · Race Flyer: We will provide a race flyer template - all you do is fill in the information - and we will create a print ready file for either full color or black and white flyers
· T-Shirts: We take care of the race shirt printing (restrictions on colors and screening location on the shirts) |

Race Directors - We are currently offering you two levels of “turn key” services for your race. The Basic Plan is $2 per registration and the Gold Plan is $8 per registration. We can do nearly everything but provide the volunteers.

NOTE: In all cases the Race Director will be responsible for any printing costs, any mailing costs and the necessary volunteers to staff the event. |
